What in my background makes me such a thought leader on making conscious choices?
I am a serial social entrepreneur, a CSR evangelist, a trusted generalist business advisor, a global connector and am actively living a balanced life.
My 50 year history as an outdoor adventure athlete includes a decade as a world class rock climber, all of which I remain active with today. My career has over 15 years as a serial social entrepreneur in health, wellness, and adventure recreation (one healthcare company I grew to $15 Million in revenue) with two manufacturing companies thrown in for a well rounded experience with growing companies. With another 15 years advising companies across many industries including fitness, publishing, retail, internet, alternative energy and many more and also includes advising numerous soloprenuers authors, speakers etc. My approach to balancing life and career comes in part due to over 20 years of a vibrant Yoga practice combined with over 32 years of a twice daily meditation practice and lots of mentors (professional and friends) who have supported me in practicing deep inner mindfulness work. The synthesis of all these life and career experiences helps me bring to you a really unique and valuable set of insights.
